Most recently, Chris had an impressive run as assistant coach and contributing to a championship victory in 2024, Chris is ready to lead the team back to greatness.

āIām incredibly excited to be appointed as head coach of the CQ University Cyclones for the upcoming 2025 NBL1 season. Over the past two years, Iāve had the privilege of working as Drew Fentonās assistant coach, where we made back-to-back grand finals and secured the championship in 2024. Drewās leadership has been invaluable in helping me grow as a coach, and Iām grateful for the opportunity to continue building on the teamās legacy of success.
Previously, I had the honor of leading the Cyclones as head coach from 2014 to 2019, during which we achieved tremendous success, including three grand final appearances and back-to-back championships in 2015 and 2016. Returning to this role, Iām eager to bring my experience and passion to the team as we strive for continued success in the 2025 season. Iām looking forward to a great season ahead!ā
