The Schwarz Excavations Rockhampton Rockets continue to build their roster with the signing of sharp shooting local Hayden Richardson.
Coach Tweedy said, “We are excited to have Hayden re-signed this season. Hayden’s skill set transitions well to the NBL1 level. We need to make sure we are putting him in the correct position to take advantage of this.”
Hayden said on signing, “I am keen to once again be suiting up for the Rockhampton Rockets for the 2023 NBL1 season. We have assembled a very talented roster that I believe will be extremely tough for opposing teams in the NBL1 North. I am excited to be apart this year’s group and am looking forward to improving on last year’s result.”
The Rockets will tip off their season against Mackay on the 24th of March in Mackay.
