The Schwarz Excavation Rockhampton Rockets are excited to announce the signing of Malcolm Bernard for the remained of the Coles Express NBL1 North 2023 season!
Bernard is a familiar face in Rockhampton having previously played for Coach Tweedy in 2018. Having been on the playing roster at the South East Melbourne Phoenix in the 2022/23 NBL season and starting the NBL1 season with the Casey Cavaliers in the NBL1 South the stars have aligned, and Bernard is excited to be playing in front of Rockhampton fans again.
The experienced guard out of Xavier University will bring a strong presence to the Rockets group and add some length, scoring ability and leadership. We cannot wait to see Malcolm hit the floor with the team.
Bernard will suit up for the Rockets tonight against the Darwin Salties.
