Titans Basketball Club was formed in 2001 consisting of just four teams.

The club expanded quickly in the senior ranks over the first few years, with an initial focus of fun and mateship. In 2006, the club took huge leaps forward in the junior ranks, with many senior members' children following in their footsteps.

In 2019, the club become incorporated and is officially known as Titans Basketball Club Rockhampton Inc.

These days, the club focuses on family, fun and friendships,  with a strong and loyal following from its current members.
